$25.50/ 250g· Diego Parra, La Hacienda (1,700 MASL)

Why it's rare

SEY publishes full pricing transparency — farm gate ~$10.28/kg, FOB $13.67/kg. This Pink Bourbon from an October 2025 harvest is a sibling project to Yessica Parra. At $25.50 for 250g, it's the most accessible rare lot this week. SEY also has Ruarai AA Kenya ($28) and Umoco Burundi in rotation.

Competition Edge

The pricing transparency story resonates with judges who value ethical sourcing. Pink Bourbon at 1,700 MASL delivers complexity that punches well above its price.

How we track drops: Our engine monitors product pages, inventory APIs, and new-release feeds from 35+ specialty roasters including Onyx, SEY, George Howell, Passenger, Proud Mary, Brandywine, Tim Wendelboe, Manhattan, Luna, and others. We flag lots based on variety rarity (Gesha, Eugenioides, Wush Wush, Chiroso), processing uniqueness (anaerobic, carbonic maceration, co-fermentation, cryogenic preservation), competition pedigree (Cup of Excellence, Best of Panama), lot size, and price-to-weight ratio. Availability status is checked at time of publication and may change rapidly for limited batch coffee lots.
